PFS/PCSIL Customers
PFS / PCSIL customers who wish to redeem their remaining card balances should send their request to the Weststein customer services email address. Weststein should then arrange to send the customer details to us at [email protected].
We will complete the normal redemption process - once the customer has successfully verified their identity, Payscape will be happy to redeem the balance of their account to any account within the SEPA zone.
