B2B Sales Manager

Your key responsibilities

  • Proactively looking for new business opportunities and selling corporate product solutions
  • Approaching potential prospects and growing agent network
  • Establishing long term relationships with key figures and companies in the field
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing set KPI’s

Your skills and experience

  • At least 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record (experience with payment cards or in financial sector will be considered as an advantage)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Excellent presentation and client relationship skills
  • Strong prospecting and negotiating skills
  • Result oriented and self-motivated
  • Independent and assertive
  • Able to work in highly dynamic and fast changing environment

Your abilities

  • Initiative and independence, ability to organize own work, high sense of responsibility
  • Pixel perfect attention to detail
  • Team Player
  • Proficiency in English language is a must (Russian is a good addition)
  • Proficiency in German will be considered as an advantage
